We are pleased to announce that the editorial board of the journal The Shield of Achilles has welcomed a new member with outstanding achievements.
Dr. Aleksandar M. Savić is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Modern Serbian History, within the History Section of the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade. In his scholarly research, he focuses on the history of the Serbian people in the 19th and early 20th centuries. He has published more than forty academic articles, reviews, and critical essays, is the author of one sole-authored and one co-authored monograph, and has also served as editor of an extensive collection of memoir sources.
